Room reservations for employer information sessions may be made through the Event Planning Office at 408-554-6911, or visit the Conference Services Web site. Food and beverage service may be arranged through Catering Services at 408-551-1792.

Once scheduled, please notify Courtney Budziak of your event so that it can be posted on our Web site.

Although the Career Center is pleased to post your event on our Web site, this will not ensure a strong turnout. Visiting employers are encouraged to follow through with additional marketing and promotion.
