Assistant Director, Liaison to the Schools of Business and Engineering

Dean graduated with a master's in counseling psychology from Santa Clara University. In addition to his training as a counselor, he has an MBA and over 13 years of business experience, including overseas assignments in China for a large multinational corporation, and 7 years as an executive with a successful Silicon Valley start up. He knows from first hand experience what hiring managers are looking for, and what it takes for new graduates to be successful in the business world. Dean works with students from the schools of business and engineering to help them discover and clarify their interests, passions, and skills as they prepare for satisfying careers after graduation.
