Financial analyst jobs and related positions will grow by 23% over the next decade says the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. The predicted pace is faster than estimated average growth of all U.S. employment over the same period.
Fueling this growth is the introduction of new financial products as well as increasingly complex investment portfolios. Demand for professionals with training in international financial standards will also be high. In addition, a new era of regulation will require more analysts who can assist in reporting and other compliance issues.
