Collegiate transcripts are required for review from EACH college or university attended (including community colleges, extension programs, and graduate course work). Unofficial transcripts may be offered for initial application review, but enrollment is contingent on receipt of official transcripts. Send to address below. Applicants still enrolled in an undergraduate program may submit current transcripts and be admitted contingent upon degree completion.

All applicants who hold a bachelor’s degree from outside of the United States are required to have their official transcripts evaluated by a member of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES http://www.naces.org/).
