Andrew Johnson       

Professor of Practice

Andrew Johnson has over thirty years of professional experience, including developing and (re)building organizations and programs, coaching senior teams and executives, and teaching at multiple universities including UC Berkeley, University of San Francisco, and University of New Mexico.

Andrew has been involved at Santa Clara University for a number of years. He was a Faculty Fellow in the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship from 2000-2003 and is the founder of an SCU MBA study abroad program. He is currently a lecturer in the Leavey School of Business Management department and has over twenty-five presentations and numerous publications to his name, along with extensive service to his community. 

Andrew served as a Junior Officer in the United States Navy from 1962-1965. He is a member of the American Society for Training and Development, the Career Planning and Adult Development Network and the Organization Development Network. He received his B.A from University of Oklahoma, and his M.A. and Ph.D from UC Berkeley.
