Prior to joining SCU, she served as dean of two major business schools: Florida State University and Utah State University.

Passing of Peggy McCain

Peggy McCain, long-time Assistant to the Director of the Institute of Agribusiness (now the Food & Agribusiness Institute) passed away Friday, August 7, 2015. Peggy started working in the Institute during the late 1970s until retiring in 1993. She was friend, confidante, mother, and matchmaker for a generation of students, alumni, and faculty members.

Her family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the McCain Agribusiness Scholarship Fund. Contact Emily Wilcox at ewilcox@scu.edu for more details.
