Komal Lahiri is Senior Director, Risk Management at Paypal. Komal has been with Paypal for over 5 years and heads Paypal’s financial risk platforms organization. Her team is responsible for building Paypal's best in class risk management infrastructure and platforms. Komal brings a wealth of experience in product management and marketing across payments/risk and enterprise security and has built several high performing teams. She also serves on Ebay's Women in Technology (eWIT) steering committee and is an active mentor. Komal holds an MBA from Santa Clara University and a Post-graduate degree in Finance from Pune, India. She and her husband are both SCU Alums and reside in Los Altos along with their 6 year old daughter and 3 year old son. In her free time Komal enjoys oil painting and traveling with her family.

Ramón Baez is senior vice president and chief information officer (CIO) of HP, responsible for the global information technology (IT) strategy and all of the company's IT assets that support HP employees and help drive strategic company priorities. This includes worldwide application development, the company’s private cloud, IT security, data management, technology infrastructure, and telecommunication networks.

Ramón is the chairman for HP’s Global Diversity & Inclusion Board, an entity that serves as the strategic governing body for global diversity and inclusion (D&I) at Hewlett-Packard. The Board works to align D&I to business imperatives, representing workplace needs and customer/marketplace opportunities; drives accountability for key outcomes of D&I strategic priorities; and engages HP leadership in championing HP’s commitment to D&I.

Ramón’s career spans more than three decades with global Fortune 100 companies in industries including manufacturing, packaged goods, aerospace and defense, and products and services for the scientific community.

Prior to HP, Ramón was vice president of information technology services and CIO of Kimberly-Clark Corp., where he was responsible for leading the company’s enterprise-wide information systems initiatives. Before Kimberly-Clark, Ramón served in CIO roles for Thermo Fisher Scientific, Inc. and Honeywell’s Automation and Control Solution group. He began his career at Northrop Grumman, where he spent 25 years and finished as CIO for its electronics systems sensor sector.

Ramón graduated from the University of La Verne in California in 1994, with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

Swarna Podila is principal product marketing manager for the Mobile Platforms group at Citrix. She is responsible for driving product marketing for the company's market-leading enterprise mobility management solution, Citrix XenMobile. Podila also previously held marketing positions at Citrix where she was instrumental in messaging and launching the company's networking products. Prior to Citrix, Podila served as a senior manager for the Enterprise Mobility group at Symantec where she was responsible for the messaging, positioning, go-to-market strategy and overall evangelism of mobile security and management products and services. In that role, she focused on the enterprise routes to market, messaging the solutions for on-premise and cloud deployments. Podila also promoted the idea of user-centric and information-centric view and anytime, anywhere productivity. Before that, Podila worked at a software startup, helping drive their transition from stealth mode to a mid-sized company. She was responsible for product messaging, identifying routes to market and sales enablement.

Podila earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering and an MBA from Santa Clara University.

Shankar’s responsibilities cover Kony’s B2C applications, spanning from financial services, insurance, and healthcare to retail. Shankar joined Kony from Genesys, where he spent more than six years in a variety of marketing roles. Elena Whitman is Lead Portfolio Manager and Business Relationship Manager at Gilead Sciences, Inc., During her career, Elena has held difference roles, starting out in Supply Chain/Logistics, where she had managed a call center to Project Manager, implementing asset tracking and Transportation management systems. Elena held program management roles at Hewlett Packard and Genentech. While at Genentech in 2009, she become Team Head of IT and Security Engineering Services at Genentech. She joined Gilead in 2012 as Senior Manager, Global Program Management and was promoted to her current role in 2013. She graduated from the Leavey School of Business in 2006 and earned SCUs Dean's Leadership Award that year. She served as President of the Women in Business network and organized the 2006 Women in Business Conference. Elena is also a graduate of San Jose State with a Bachelor of Science in Business and minor in Management of Information Systems in 2000.

As Director for Subcontract Management for the Commercial Ventures and ATC Lines of Business at Lockheed Martin Space System Company, Linda has responsibility for the Subcontract Management Teams and supply chain strategy within these two LOBs. Previously, Linda worked In the Strategic Missile and Defense organization in supply chain management. Prior to coming to Lockheed Martin, Linda was the Mechanical Engineering Manager for Power Systems at Space Systems Loral and also worked as the responsible engineer for battery products supporting multiple satellite programs. Linda’s first work experience out of college was as a mechanical design engineer at NASA Ames Research Center. Linda’s academic credentials include a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, and a master’s degree in Science of Management from the Sloan program at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business. She also received a Certification in Public Management while at the Sloan program. Linda was raised in Colorado Springs, but has lived in the Bay Area for over 30 years. She has three sons ages 26, 24, and 22. In her free time Linda enjoys cycling, skiing, and riding Motocross with her boys.
