As part of a growing initiative, EC continues to invite influential Bay Area business and entrepreneurial community members to share their experience and insight with SCU’s thriving community of budding entrepreneurs. Topics can include start-up financing and legal issues, marketing and growth strategies and much more.

Regional VCIC
The Venture Capital Competition (VCIC) is the nation's premier entrepreneurship and venture competition. In 2011, over 50 top business schools in 9 international regions participated in VCIC. Unlike traditional business plan competitions, VCIC gives MBA students the unique chance to play the role of VC's and evaluate business plans presented by real entrepreneurs. SCU and EC have hosted the Silicon Valley Regional VCIC for the past four years. We are currently looking for volunteers to help run this year's event in February.
The winning team from the SCU Internal VCIC round will be representing Santa Clara University at the Regional Competition at USC in March.
