Barbara is president and CEO of the Center for New Futures, an international executive and executive education firm. She has earned a reputation for excellence in her work as a management consultant and program leader for more than 30 years. Her work centers on ‘breakthrough’ results, with a commitment to transforming the workplace into an environment of collaboration, self-expression and accomplishment.
She has been an advisor to the U.S. Glass Ceiling Commission and is co-author of the book "When the Canary Stops Singing: Women’s Perspectives on Transforming Business," selected as one of the 1993 top ten business books by Industry Week Magazine.
