Sherri has more than 15 years experience in leadership development, group facilitation, professional coaching, and organizational consulting. She has worked with senior leaders in Fortune 500 companies, private companies and start-ups, as well as organizations in the education and non-profit sectors. Sherri has co-taught with faculty from Stanford Graduate School of Business and the Coaches Training Institute, and has trained groups of coaches and trainers in the USA and China. In addition, Sherri has developed and conducted transformational workshops and coaching programs for professional women from all over the world, including several multi-year mastermind coaching groups.
Having facilitated professional women’s coaching groups with hundreds of women for the past seven years, she developed a unique insight into the challenges women face on their leadership journey and the remarkable advances they can make by supporting and standing for each other. Sherri holds an MBA and MA in Education from Stanford University, and has been through the certification and leadership programs at the Coaches Training Institute. She resides in Hong Kong.
