Accomplishments:
- Trained 3700 girls and young women in entrepreneurship and business skills through the Young Women in Enterprise program.
- Rallying corporations to support and invest in girls. For example, Coca Cola is supporting 100 girls through their 5 by 20 women Empowerment program. This is a pilot expected to be scaled up.

Accomplishments:
- Developed a project in and about a problematic country for my Masters thesis.
- Managing a project that is aimed to improve peoples' lives without modifying their local beliefs. A moment of pride was to know that the project will be implemented.

Vision: My vision is for all young people, regardless of age, gender, socio-economic status, or place of origin to be able to access transformational opportunities that enable them to realize their power to transform the world.
Inspiring Challenge: Establish an organization that offers an international year of service to 40 recent US high-school graduates from traditionally undeserved populations. While abroad students receive language and leadership training, apprentice with social entrepreneurs, and implement a service project in their host community. (by January 2013)

Accomplishments: I was a Fulbright Scholar in Nepal working at the nexus of social entrepreneurship and energy development.

- I am proud that I was able to set up the organization Association for Social and Environmental Development (ASED), which is reaching out to school students and the public for biodiversity enhancement.
- I was proud when we received the best poster award at the Living Knowledge 2009 Conference in Belfast giving international recognition to our work.

Inspiring Challenge: Phase 1, install SUNFLOWER LIGHTING solutions (SFL) throughout four states in Mexico, bringing light to over 1.2 m people. (by December 2012)

Accomplishments: My proudest accomplishments will be the completion of the company's first production run and installation, thus the establishment of our first community center in Mexico (then Latin America and beyond) -- a safe place providing educational programs and more.

- I'm proud of having started my own company in the United States, by bringing in one of the most special products we have in my country, Costa Rica: coffee. The experience has been amazing, people here enjoy and feel the difference in the product.

Accomplishment: Launched Haitian Women's Peer-to-Peer Network, designing a woman-friendly communications network for 55,000 Haitian market women. We are integrating mobile phones with community radio and voice applications, empowering these women to create sustainable businesses, enhance safety and civic participation, and assist in Haiti's long-term development.

Inspiring Challenge: Create a network of maize mill centers owned and operated by women, selling goods and services to improve the family, health, food security and income. Our goal is to have 120 centers by 2014 for all the region. Today, we have three and by july 2012 we will have 50.

Accomplishment: When I was promoted to the current position. My original background when I first joined TechnoServe was unrelated to business, for me it was recognition of my achievements within the organization and that my coworkers trust that I can deliver a good result and am better than other external candidates competing for the same position.

- Founding my software company SOLUTIONS S.A. and building a highly qualified team.
- Keeping the Master program at the State University of Haiti alive since 2003. This Program is unique at Haitian universities, as it allows us to continue to train young students and professional in ICT who are able to have a positive impact in our country by their achievements.
- Delivered TEDxBayArea Talk on the Women's Peer-to-Peer Network, the first global effort to build an e-communications network to connect Haitian market women.
