Accomplishments:
- Since my participation in the Women Leaders for the World (WLW) 2009 program, the Mountain Children's Foundation has been participating in deliberations for and with children at a national level that impacts national policy.
- Our own team has increased in strength and we have signed meaningful partnerships.

Accomplishment: I learned how to be calm and relaxed under very bad and stressed conditions. I have the energy to present my idea, support it very hard, and work on the idea until the end. I have the energy to make people aware and move for social responsibility and make change in life.

Accomplishments:
- Training a team of 15 women leaders on some basics of authentic leadership.
- Kicking off the construction of the "One Stop Center," with the women getting down to do the physical work (this has been mainly a male occupation in our community).

Inspiring Challenge Establish a Women's Justice & Empowerment Center.

Accomplishments:
- Reached my goal of raising half a million dollars for efforts toward women's justice and empowerment.
- Developed a partnership for a Women's Re-Entry Team to help incarcerated victims of violence with a new goal of raising 1 million dollars by December 2011.
- Organized a Women and Girls Summit for 173 adults and 130 girls.

Vision: Provide shelter, training and education to widows and girls to transform their future.
Inspiring Challenge: By December 31, 2010, acquire 50 acres of land to provide shelter for 50 widows and complete four classrooms and a resource center to provide education and vocation training for girls.

Inspiring Challenge: By December 20102, establish a cutting edge technology teachers' resource center that will empower 200 teachers to effectively teach math, science and technology subjects to 2,500 girls in Serenje district, Zambia.

Vision: To inspire youth to use their talents in the arts in being effective agents of change in Kenya.
Inspiring Challenge:
- Through an artistically rich television program, use cultural operators as primary sources of influences for the youth in issues of National importance e.g., governance, crime.
- Create photo exhibitions of the post-election violence (Kenya 2007/8) as a reminder to people of their responsibility as citizens in the upcoming elections.
Millennium Development Goal: Eradicate Extreme Hunger and Poverty (1)
Accomplishments:
- We managed to run a successful campaign around the country "Never Forget, Never Again" on the post election violence in 2009/2010.
- The GoDown received support for a television programme to sensitize youth through artists and cultural operators, giving us a platform to influence the youth in Kenya.

Vision:
- Make the invisible visible by creating websites for nonprofit organizations, helping them to step into 21st century technology.
- Create sustainable income for people creating indigenous crafts by helping them with design, teaching them to market and placement of their work.
Inspiring Challenge:
- Create websites for nonprofit organizations around the globe, working with my students who design the sites and gain intercultural skills.
- Place arts and crafts directly with buyers and with retail outlets.

Accomplishments:

- I have placed over $30,000 of crafts for artists in 6 different countries.
- My Kennesaw State University class, which focuses on designing websites for nonprofits around the globe, has created five working websites and eight more in production.
