Thank you for your interest in the 2015 Washington D.C.Global Business Perspectives trips.  Please fill out the information below to apply for a trip.  Please note that you should not consider yourself an active member of the program until you are accepted by the Global Business Perspectives department.

NOTE: At the end of this application, two affirmative answers will be required to the following:

1) permission to change a $500 non-refundable deposit to your student account, reserving your space in this course. This deposit will be applied to the total administrative fee; should you withdraw from the program, this fee will not be refunded.

2) agreement to the $2,700 administrative fee, charged to your student account.  This fee will not be charged until you are accepted into the program.

I understand by submitting this application, I am obligated to pay a $500 non-refundable deposit if accepted into the course. This deposit will be credited toward the administrative fee of $2,700.
