Global Business Perspectives 2013

Thank you for your interest in the 2013 Global Business Perspectives trips.  Please fill out the information below to apply for a trip.  Please note that you should not consider yourself an active member of the program until you are accepted by the Global Business Perspectives department.

NOTE: At the end of this application, two affirmative answers will be required to the following:

1) permission to change a $500 non-refundable deposit to your student account, reserving your space in this course. This deposit will be applied to the total administrative fee; should you withdraw from the program, this fee will not be refunded.

2) agreement to the $3,500 administrative fee, charged to your student account.  This fee will not be charged until you are accepted into the program.

I understand by submitting this application, I am obligated to pay a $500 non-refundable deposit if accepted into the course. This deposit will be credited toward the administrative fee of $3,500.

I grant Santa Clara University permission to charge $3,500 to my student account upon acceptance into the study abroad program of my choice (as noted above).*

       

I understand that this administrative fee and non-refundable deposit are in addition to my regular univerisity tuition (3 units) and does not include airfare to and from the program location. The administrative fee will not be charged unless I am accepted into the program; the deposit will be charged immediately upon acceptance.
