Pat BelottiPat Belotti leads Sales Acquisition Strategy and Integration at Cisco Systems. In this capacity Pat works with the Business Development team and the Sales Executive staff in the early evaluation stages of a deal and leads an extensive world-wide sales integration team from deal announce to hand-off. Prior to joining Cisco, Pat developed and led the Sales Acquisition Integration practice at Sun Microsystems. She has led sales integration efforts for over 45 deals in the last 9 years. Pat has been a speaker on Acquisition Integration at meetings sponsored by The Conference Board, The Association for Corporate Growth and The Silicon Valley Integration Group. Prior to specializing in Acquisition Integration, Pat held a number of leadership roles with Sun Microsystems in Finance, Sales Operations, Field Marketing, Training and Strategic Planning. She began her career as a commodity merchant with Cargill Inc. in Minneapolis, New York, Geneva and London. Pat has a BS from University of California, Davis and an MBA in Agribusiness from Santa Clara University. Pat lives in Saratoga with her husband Paul Belotti and her daughters Kate (14) and Lauren (12). |
