Many corporations have been cutting costs and heads for 6-12 months. So now you're left with a smaller staff but still the same work. The remaining managers and employees are overburdened and exhausted. Critical knowledge may have left the organization and with no way to recover it. How can you pick yourself up, get your staff excited, and start doing work differently?

This program will provide concepts and tools to think differently about the work you are doing, show you how to engage employees in identifying problems, recommend how to gather data to quantify to prioritize issues, and then use a matrix to classify improvement ideas and identify quick wins which can be implemented in 3-4 weeks.

In this program you will learn:

  • How to scope a core work process for success
  • How to engage employees to identify pain point and quantitative data
  • How to develop improvement ideas and find quick wins

Who should attend:

  • Managers who want streamline work in their organization
  • Managers and professionals who want to use proven tools to analyze work processes and make improvements
  • Employees and managers who want to engage the people who perform the work in analyzing and making improvements
  • We recommend (but it is not required) that you attend as a pair (manager and employee, 2 managers, or 2 employees) as the program will include several application exercises. You will benefit more with 'two heads' during the program and it's much easier to apply your learning when two of you go back to your organization.
