Start-Up 101: What aspiring founders and venture leaders need to know!

Anil Advani, an emerging company lawyer with 240+ venture consulting engagements, will talk about starting your own private equity/venture capital backed company. Learn about:


- Incorporation & Employment issues

- Intellectual Property & Licensing

- Equity structures (Founders stock, Option pools, Investor pools)

- Financing issues (Angel & Venture funding, Debt financing)


This is will be a powerful learning session. If you are a VCIC participant, this will be a very good primer on need-to-know essentials.
