---Job Description/Position Objectives---
  We're looking for a student interested in contributing to the very early stages of a startup - where you will have a real impact on the operations of the business. Responsibilities include:

- Helping to manage in-house assembly of our product, ensuring high quality and efficiency
- Fulfilling orders, including prepping arts & crafts materials, assembling products, and shipping
- Participating in product development brainstorming sessions
- Assisting with inventory management and reconciliation
- Reviewing the existing fulfillment process and systems and proposing improvements
- Capturing production metrics and maintaining an operations dashboard

- Self starter, works well independently, able to grasp new concepts/processes quickly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail oriented, with great time management skills, able to multi-task in a fast paced, constantly evolving, and dynamic environment
- Willingness to pitch in where needed
- Interested in arts/crafts/science projects and/or children's products is a plus
