Andy Bartley
Chief Executive Officer

Andy is the CEO of, a stealth-mode technology company.  He is a former Vice President for Voivoda Labs, a boutique acceleration fund for early-stage B2B technology companies.  He also served as a Senior Associate at The Angels’ Forum and The Halo Fund, where his responsibilities included sourcing and identifying potential investment opportunities in the life sciences, high tech, and consumer product spaces.  Prior to joining TAF Andy worked for Stryker Endoscopy in a variety of engineering and operational roles.

Andy enjoys working with promising entrepreneurs on refining their value proposition and fundraising strategy.  He is an active member of the CIE Advisory Board in numerous capacities including mentor, judge, speaker, panelist, and graciously volunteers his time with the CIE Office Hours for Entrepreneurs program, where he meets one-on-one with student and alumni entrepreneurs.

Andy has an MBA from Santa Clara University and a BS in Biological Engineering from Oregon State University. Andy is an active skier, surfer, and runner and volunteers with Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County, Hands on Bay Area, and the Mid-Peninsula Open Space District.
