Tyler Clements, CEP, Director, Accenture Global Equity Services
Tyler Clements is the Director of Accenture’s Global Equity Services team. Accenture offers an Employee Share Purchase Program, Restricted Share Units, Share Option and a deferred compensation purchase program for Executives which allows them to purchase share monthly and receive a matching RSU grant (VEIP). Accenture’s Programs are offered in 52 countries to 175,000 employees. Prior to Accenture, Tyler was the Equity Manager at Yahoo! Inc. where he started the Equity Team with transitioning from a fully outsourced administration to an in-house administration for 4,500 employees in 24 countries. Prior work experience includes working as an Account Manager for a Transfer Agent and as a Stockbroker. Tyler earned a B.S. from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
