Kurt Bremer
Executive Director, Morgan Stanley

Kurt Bremer joined Morgan Stanley in 2001. He is responsible for the day to day operation of the domestic Stock Plan business at Morgan Stanley including Client Management, Plan Administration, New Business Implementation, Corporate Actions, Worldwide Call Centers and the FAS 123 Reporting departments.

In this role, Mr. Bremer is responsible for setting the service strategy for the domestic client base, coordinating the resources across the various departments to best align for the delivery of outstanding client service to both the Corporate Plan Sponsors and their employee participants. This strategy is led by the Client Management team, who is tasked with making sure that the resources of the Stock Plan business consistently deliver for clients, whether servicing routine Administration tasks or unique custom processing requests. Within the Administration, New Business and Corporate Action departments, the focus is on consistent process improvement, via the regular review of all major processing deliverables to insure that each process is well documented for clients and effectively resourced in order to deliver results for clients that exceed expectations.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Bremer spent 15 years at Merrill Lynch in their Defined Contribution/Equity Compensation Plans business, as Director of Client Relationship Management and several other positions. Mr. Bremer is a 1979 graduate of the University of Dayton with a BS in Accounting. He is a former CPA and is currently a Level 1 Certified Equity Professional.
