Jennifer Baehr, CEP, Manager of Compliance and Financial Reporting - Transcentive, a Computershare Company
Jennifer Baehr is Manager of Compliance and Financial Reporting for Transcentive. Jen joined Transcentive with the support services group in 2000, and then moved to the product management area in 2004. Jen helps to ensure that Transcentive’s solutions allow our clients to meet the complex equity compensation reporting requirements set forth by the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Jen frequently consults with clients in the areas of financial reporting and best practices and also helps set offering strategy. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Central Connecticut State University, and graduate degrees in Management and Business Administration from Albertus Magnus College.
Jen has been a speaker at the NASPP Annual Conference, the CEP Symposium and Transcentive Source Conference on financial reporting and other topics. Jen earned her CEP designation in November 2005, has served as a volunteer for the Certified Equity Professional Institute (CEPI), and is a member of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP).
