Vice President, Account Executive, Fidelity Stock Plan Services
Brian is responsible for Fidelity Stock Plan Services business development in the San Francisco Bay/Silicon Valley region. He analyzes the equity compensation plans provided by publicly-traded and pre-IPO corporate clients, provides Fidelity best practice solutions, and shares that information with Fidelity's implementation, operations, and relationship management teams.
Prior to joining Fidelity, Brian was the head of sales and marketing for Morgan Stanley's Corporate Equity Solutions business, covering Stock Plan Services, Executive Financial Services, and Directed Share Plans. He is an active member of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals and the Global Equity Organization.
Brian earned a bachelor of arts degree in literature from Trinity College. He currently holds Series 7 and 63 securities registrations and has completed Level One of the Certified Equity Professional Program from Santa Clara University.
