Veena Bhatia, CEP, Senior Equity Compensation Consultant, Stock & Option Solutions, Inc.
Veena Bhatia is a Senior Equity Compensation Consultant with the Strategic Solutions division of Stock & Option Solutions (Stock & Option Solutions). Currently, Veena plays a key role for SOS in expanding and delivering solutions within multi-national companies including international plan design, process-reengineering, systems/technology design, implementation, and compliance analysis. Veena has been a frequent guest speaker at the GEO and NASPP conferences.
Prior to joining SOS in 2005, Veena was with Cisco Systems, where she managed Cisco's international equity plans, which encompassed 35,000 employees in over 70 countries. Veena combines her engineering background with her equity compensation experience to bring a unique perspective in providing solutions for her clients’ equity compensation challenges. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Stanford University, a Master of Science degree from Santa Clara University and her CEP designation. She is a member of the GEO Service Provider Board and the NASPP Global Task Force.
