2009 Biography

Barbara Richley, CEP, E*TRADE Financial

Barbara Richley is the Senior Manager for the Equity Edge Product Management team at E*TRADE FINANCIAL where she is responsible for updates to the Equity Edge software.  Barbara has been in the Corporate Services field since 1989 when she and a colleague started what is now the Stock Plan Services Department at Charles Schwab.  Prior to joining E*TRADE, Barbara was a Vice President of Corporate Services at Smith Barney where she held several securities licenses and managed the Corporate Services business unit for the top broker at Smith Barney.  She also spent a couple of years as an equity compensation consultant.

Barbara has a BS in Finance and an MBA.  She is on the Program Committee for the Silicon Valley Chapter of NASPP; and, as a CEP, volunteers her time to the CEPI and serves on the Accounting Panel of the CEPI Curriculum Committee.
