Any process that is well understood can be optimized.  Join GBCM for a dynamic workshop where you will be given a framework for job searching and apply the concepts to optimize your own job search process. This workshop will include break out sessions with the support of four GBCM Career Coaches who will work with you to create your optimal personal job search plan. Having a process keeps you moving forward to your end goal, getting the job you want.
