Honoring a Moment in SCU Baseball History

Pasta Feed & Legends Night

Noted by sportswriters as the No. 1 team in America, the Broncos qualified for the College World Series in 1962. Now 50 years later we honor their spectacular achievement.

After capturing their first California Inter-Collegiate Baseball Association championship, the team defeated Missouri, Holy Cross, Texas, and Florida State to take on Michigan in the NCAA championship game. Narrowly falling short of the win, after a 15 inning game, the Broncos returned to campus as legends.

Join the alumni family on January 21 at the Pasta Feed and Legends Night to celebrate the men of the 1962 College World Series Baseball team. Learn more and view photos »
