Our Year. Our Weekend. Our Moment...
Remember the days of living in Swig and Dunne… pay phones in the halls… basketball games at the Civic Center… Jesse Colin Young's concert… catching naps in Orradre… Pipestage and Club 66… "steak" nights in Benson… Lifeboat Theater… tanning at Buck Shaw, Graham pool and the Mission Gardens… bowling in Benson (did anyone?)… Roberta punching our meal cards… Bronco Corral… foosball at Lil' Bronc… The Hut and Lord John's… no-class Wednesdays… registering in Seifert gym… Fr. Rewak's inauguration… art openings (with cheap champagne) at de Saisset… football, Pat Malley, and Fr. Carroll… Fr. Germann celebrating 10 PM masses in the Mission Church… streaking on Kennedy Mall… powder-puff football… singing "Alouette" at graduation?
You could probably add a lot of your own memories to this list. The Class of 1977 35th Reunion Committee invites you back to campus on October 11 – 14, 2012 to reconnect with our classmates and reminisce about those wonderful days from 1973 to 1977. Please join us for four days of fun events, reconnecting with old friends at our alma mater. Take a look at the schedule to see what has been planned for us, and RSVP today. We look forward to seeing you in October.

Come back, give back for our 35th reunion
In the spirit of SCU's Jesuit tradition, our class reunion is not just about coming back; it's also about giving back to our alma mater.
Why Contribute to a Class Gift? There are many reasons our donations help Santa Clara, but here's the bottom line: more than 80% of current SCU students rely on financial aid in order to have the experience we've shared. If you believe in the value of the education you received and if you share our commitment to assisting SCU continue this extraordinary mission to educate in the best of the Jesuit tradition, we invite you to make a contribution this year.
What is the Target for the Class of '77?
- 35% of our class making a gift for our 35th Reunion
- $770,000 for the Class of 1977
Most of you might be surprised (and impressed) to know that our class gave over $500,000 for our 30th reunion. Even more impressive, last year all alumni gifts of $500 and under added up to $1.3 million for SCU. Please consider pledging $1,977 over the next five years in honor of our class of 1977. That comes out to less than $400 a year. We truly have power in numbers and we can't reach our goals without each one of you!
Thanks for your consideration and Go Broncos!
