Career Management: An Introduction
Graduate Business Programs (GBP) provides a dedicated career management staff, housed in the Leavey School of Business, to meet the specific needs of MBA/MSIS students and alumni. GBP Career Management helps students and alumni develop lifelong career management skills. Career Management offers consulting services, skill development programs, recruiting events, and other resources to facilitate successful management of the student’s or alumnus’ career throughout his or her life and job search.

Get Connected with GBP Career Management
All graduate business students who would like to schedule career management appointments must first register for and attend a “Career Touchpoint” workshop. The CareerLeader assessment must be completed two days prior to the workshop. Instructions for taking the assessment will be sent to the email address on the registration form.

Using the CareerLeader assessment, this workshop gives participants the opportunity to discover or confirm their unique career interests, motivators, and abilities, and to begin the first steps towards creating a career action plan. In addition, this workshop presents an overview of all career management resources and events available to students and alumni.
